Companies like Greetable and Sendoso have made this so easy for representatives and companies by doing all the work for you.

If you’re going to send a gift, follow these tips:

  • Make it relevant and personal - Do some research on your prospect or customer to learn how they spend their free time and tie a gift to their hobby or passion.
  • Attach a personal note. This isn’t the time for a sales pitch or to ask for something in return! Be altruistic.
  • Don’t overspend. $10- $25 is plenty to let them know you’re interesting is building a relationship.
